It's All About the Girl is a premier retail concept focused on catering to the dreams and desires of the young girl marketplace, generally identified as girls aged 4-16.
It's All About the Girl combines, in a "Girl's Club" format, two key components:
- a retail component selling a variety of accessories, gifts, clothing, light makeup, age-appropriate bath/body products and customized media; and
- a party component, offering a fun, exciting location to host birthday or other special parties for girls age 4-16. Parties are packaged to include any or all of the following: makeovers, dress-up fashion shows, karaoke, video and photography, cake and pizza, beverages and gifts. Other party services will include invitations, party coordination, goodie bags, and drop-off service.
Approximately 30% of each store is devoted to retail space, with remaining 70% devoted to an open party area featuring party tables, mini-makeover stations, changing rooms, a and karaoke stages.
It's All About the Girl caters to the San Diego County market. We feel the young girl segment of the population in San Diego is an underserved demographic with strong revenue potential. San Diego currently has a population of 3.1 million, and approximately 25% are children under the age of 18.
It's All About the Girl is a California limited liability corporation (LLC) formed by four close friends, all mothers and education professionals: Mary Wilson, Rebecca Mashburn, Kelly Brehm and Suzie Wydra.
